Brookcourt designed and implemented an isolated test environment with specific features. The isolated test environment setup included a virtualised platform set up within the BCS data centre, ensuring complete separation from the client’s network. It also included multiple operating systems such as Windows Server, Windows Desktop, and Linux to simulate different testing scenarios.
Secure access was provided via a unique URL, secured with digital certificates to ensure only authorized personnel could enter. Firewall protection was implemented to control and monitor traffic, adding an additional layer of security. The operational process allowed cyber analysts to conduct tests without risking their internal network. After each test cycle, the environment was thoroughly cleaned and rebuilt to eradicate any residual malware.
