The type of personal information we collect

We also receive personal information indirectly, from the following sources in the following scenarios:
- Via a B2B database provided by Lusha Systems Inc. The personal data contained within this database has been collected for the purposes of providing customers (such as us) the ability to identify named contacts within a particular business and reach out to them by engaging in B2B marketing.
- Via one of our partner companies within Shearwater Group plc.
- Via one of our third-party vendor partners.
We use the information that you have given us or that we have collected indirectly in order to advertise and market our services and solutions that we feel would be of value to your business.
We may share this information with another portfolio company within Shearwater Group plc so that they can also engage in a similar type of marketing exercise.

How we store your personal information
Your information is securely stored within our CRM platforms (Salesforce and HubSpot) which have access controls including passwords, role-based logins and multi-factor authentication. These platforms also use encrypted data stores.
We keep the personal information that we collect for as long as the business continues to engage in B2B marketing with you unless you decide to opt-out. In cases such as these, we will dispose of your information by deleting your personal data from our CRM platforms.
